Assist with job posting, resume screening, and initial candidate assessments.
Coordinate interviews and communicate with candidates regarding their application status.
Assist in the onboarding process for new hires, ensuring all necessary paperwork is completed.
Employee Records and Data Management:
Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records, both physical and digital.
Assist in the preparation of reports, charts, and metrics for HR analytics.
Ensure compliance with data protection regulations.
Benefits and Compensation:
Provide support in administering employee benefits programs, such as health insurance, retirement plans, and leave policies.
Assist employees with benefit inquiries and resolve any issues that may arise.
Training and Development:
Coordinate training programs and workshops for employees.
Keep records of employee training and development activities.
HR Policies and Procedures:
Assist in the development and maintenance of HR policies and procedures.
Ensure employees are aware of and comply with company policies.
Employee Relations:
Be a point of contact for employee inquiries and concerns.
Collaborate with HR Manager to resolve workplace issues and conflicts.
Compliance and Reporting:
Assist in compliance with employment laws and regulations.
Prepare reports for management and regulatory agencies as required.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
Previous experience in HR, or relevant administrative experience, is a plus.
Strong organizational and time-management skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
Proficiency with HR software and Microsoft Office applications.
Knowledge of employment laws and regulations.
