Key Responsibilities:

Web Design and Development:

1. Design and develop visually striking and responsive websites that align with brand identity and user experience objectives.
2. Create web graphics, animations, and interactive elements to enhance user engagement.

UI/UX Design:

1. Collaborate with the UX team to ensure a seamless and intuitive user interface.
2. Conduct user research and integrate feedback to optimize web designs.

Content Management:

1. Update and maintain website content, ensuring it remains current and relevant.
2. Manage multimedia assets, including images, videos, and other media elements.

Cross-Browser and Device Compatibility:

1. Test and optimize websites for compatibility across different browsers and devices.
2. Ensure consistent performance and appearance.

SEO Integration:

1. Implement SEO best practices to enhance website visibility and search engine rankings.
2. Optimize content for search engines, including metadata and keywords.

Collaboration and Communication:

1. Work closely with cross-functional teams, including developers, content creators, and marketing professionals, to ensure website goals are met.
2. Communicate design ideas and rationale effectively.

Maintenance and Troubleshooting:

1. Monitor website performance and address issues promptly.
2. Identify and resolve technical problems and bugs.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Web Design, or a related field.
• Proven experience in web design and development, including a portfolio of previous work.
• Proficiency in design and prototyping software such as Adobe Creative Suite, Sketch, or similar tools.
• Strong understanding of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
• Familiarity with content management systems (CMS) such as WordPress or Drupal.
• Knowledge of SEO best practices.
